Description
An AI-powered mobile gardening companion where users nurture a virtual sunflower through four life stages. The plant grows, changes mood, and holds personality-driven conversations powered by Google Gemini—blending gamification (daily streaks, watering) with a delightful animated character.
My Role
As sole developer, I:
- Built an animated SVG sunflower with mood-based expressions and growth stages using React Native Reanimated
- Integrated Gemini AI with child-safe content filters for contextual, personality-driven plant conversations
- Implemented a deterministic care simulation engine with pure functions for health, thirst, and happiness
- Designed Supabase auth with Google OAuth and row-level security for user data protection
