A digital home for Mashal, a Pakistani NGO empowering underprivileged children with education, nutrition, and healthcare. The site balances impact storytelling with clear donation and volunteer pathways while remaining performant on low-bandwidth connections.
My Role
As lead developer, I:
- Co-created the information architecture with Mashal leadership to surface programmes and success stories
- Implemented a Supabase-backed CMS that lets non-technical staff publish updates in minutes
- Optimized accessibility, internationalization, and Core Web Vitals to support a global donor base
- Deployed and monitored the platform on Vercel with analytics-driven iteration cycles
