Description
The official website for NEWMUN'26, a premier Model United Nations conference by Beaconhouse Newlands Islamabad hosting 500+ delegates from 30+ schools. Features 9 committees (UNSC, ICC, Treaty of Versailles, Ministry of Magic, and more), delegate registration, secretariat directory, and a polished conference experience.
My Role
As lead developer, I:
- Built a responsive, animation-rich conference platform with Framer Motion and Radix UI
- Designed committee pages covering conventional, judicial, and crisis simulations with detailed agendas
- Implemented registration flows, code of conduct, and sponsor integration for 500+ delegate events
- Deployed on Vercel with analytics and performance monitoring for the Feb 2026 conference
