My Role
As founder & community head, I:
- Architected onboarding flows that match members with mentors, learning tracks, and project pods automatically
- Built Supabase-powered dashboards to spotlight contributions, event RSVP trends, and streaks
- Automated event logistics, digests, and Discord integrations using edge functions on Vercel
- Iterated weekly with community feedback using Vercel preview deployments and analytics
