Description

A tool that converts Rekhta.org Urdu stories into clean, print-ready PDFs set in Nastaliq. Paste a story link and get a beautifully typeset document—making classical Urdu literature accessible for offline reading and study.

My Role

As creator and developer, I:
- Built a Next.js frontend with a Bun toolchain for fast local development
- Implemented a Flask backend with WeasyPrint for high-quality Urdu PDF rendering
- Designed a simple POST /convert API that scrapes Rekhta content and outputs application/pdf
- Configured split Vercel + Python host deployment with CORS-locked production access
