An AI-powered historical analysis platform designed to combat misinformation. Users submit historical questions, and the system automatically discovers sources via Google Custom Search, extracts content, and uses Gemini AI to generate comprehensive, source-backed historical analyses with bias detection.
My Role
As creator and developer, I:
- Built an automated research pipeline: query → source discovery → content extraction → AI analysis
- Integrated Google Custom Search API and BeautifulSoup for automated source discovery and parsing
- Designed Gemini-powered historical analysis with source attribution, snippets, and contextualisation
- Implemented user authentication with Flask-Login and Supabase-backed PostgreSQL storage
